Juvia Miami: is the stunning 10,000 square foot indoor/outdoor restaurant and lounge on the rooftop of 1111 Lincoln Road’s Herzog & de Meuron designed building on South Beach. Sporting gorgeous views of the Atlantic, Juvia is currently celebrating four years on South Beach. Owned and operated by celebrated St. Barth restaurateurs Jonas and Alexandra Millan, Juvia is inspired by Miami’s cultural diversity and will beautifully blend the city’s natural beauty and cool, Deco landscape. The dining room features a vertical living wall designed by internationally acclaimed botanist Patrick Blanc that invokes the lushness of the Amazon rainforest. Surrounded by Lincoln Road’s sizzling, cosmopolitan vibe and unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and South Beach’s famed Art Deco District, the ambiance exudes understated luxury. Overseeing the kitchen is a trio of talented master chefs: Sunny Oh, Laurent Cantineaux and pastry chef Gregory Gourreau. A harmonious blend of the regional cuisines of Asia, the vibrant flavors of South America and classic French techniques offer diners an abundant selection of ceviches, tiraditos, fresh seafood and prime meats. Much like the restaurant’s design, the menu embraces the gorgeous bounty of nature, with the finest ingredients sourced locally and globally. Named after the indigenous Brazilian nut tree that nourished a culture, Juvia is accessed via private elevators located on the corner of Lincoln Road and Lenox Avenue.
